Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

• Contact our customer service team at support@lazyguys.pk or +923392097338 with your order number and reason for exchange.
• Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the item for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Customized, washed, and worn items are not eligible for exchange.
